Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Backend Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining web and mobile applications and custom software and a passion for creating innovative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications
2. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
3. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using current best practices and technologies
4. Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from concept to deployment
5. Troubleshoot and debug applications
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and industry trends
Qualifications:
1. 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on backend development
2. Strong knowledge of PHP Laravel, Node.js and at least one other server-side language such as Python or Java
